I am a Practices Delivery Manager, leading a team of technical, testing and practice coaches who's role it is to uplift the competency of the product delivery teams. I have been a developer, manager, leader and all round Agile solutioneer.

I have worked in Agile environments for many years, working as developer to leading and managing Agile delivery teams. My development background has involved me getting my hands dirty working on the ground in Agile teams and given me a great understanding of the practices followed in these teams.
